Our code of conduct
PeerFlow works because people feel safe showing up as beginners, one-on-one. That's protected.
Be the partner you'd want
Everyone here is mid-climb. Answer your partner's beginner questions the way you wish yours had been answered. "Explain it like I'm five" is a compliment on PeerFlow, not an insult.
Show up when you say you will
When you agree to meet your partner, show up. One person is counting on you being there — that's the entire point of PeerFlow. If something comes up and you can't make it, tell them ahead of time.
Zero tolerance for harassment
Meeting one-on-one on video takes trust. Harassment, discrimination, or making your partner feel unwelcome ends your PeerFlow account — first strike. Every call has one-tap report and block, and you can report someone whether or not you're still on the call.
Hack labs, not people
The cybersecurity track practices on legal platforms — CTFs, intentionally vulnerable labs, and cert material. Discussing attacks on real systems without authorization gets you removed.
